Counseling Services, Insurance, & Fees
I provide the following counseling services for individuals and those in relationships dealing with various needs including depression, anxiety, sex/intimacy, sexual identity, LGBTQIA+, and sexual addiction.
Individual Counseling
I offer 55-minute counseling sessions to individuals ages 16+.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, sex/porn addiction, men's issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, and complex life issues.
Exploration of one's sexual self can be a deeply personal and sometimes complex journey. Whether you're seeking clarity on your sexual orientation, delving into the realm of kinks, aiming to communicate better with partners, or striving to embrace your authentic self, I provide a space where every conversation is free from judgment and filled with understanding.
Relationship Counseling
I work with couples of all ages, races, genders, and affiliations, including open and polyamorous relationships.
I am a sex-positive, kink-friendly counselor who is committed to creating a safe space for you and your partner(s).
Porn & Sex Addiction
Counseling
I provide support and treatment for any person struggling with excessive sexual thoughts, desires, urges, or behaviors that can’t be controlled and cause distress and harm to your relationships, finances, and other aspects of your life.
Insurance & Fees
I understand that therapy can be expensive and I want you to be able to use your insurance to make mental health services more accessible.
I am in-network with most of the following plans:
- Aetna (including CHP)
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS)
- United HealthCare/Optum
- UMR
- Cigna
If you are using out-of-network benefits or paying out-of-pocket, the cost is $185 for the initial session and $180 for a 55-minute individual session.
It is always the client’s responsibility to determine the cost of sessions before the first session. I am happy to provide you with a statement for the claims so you can contact your insurance company directly using the number on the back of your card.
