Are you feeling lost, hurt, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, ashamed, angry, lonely, or just not yourself lately?
Let me help!
My approach to counseling is that of a “fellow traveler” who takes the journey alongside you in a way that is calm, open, supportive, empathic, and actively engaged. I bring a unique existential approach to counseling that helps you in the “here and now” with the daily lived experiences of your life. I incorporate Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to assist clients in achieving their therapy goals.
I work with individuals and couples ages 16+ with issues of anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, intimacy, sex/porn addiction, affair recovery, communication, emotional connection, abandonment & childhood trauma. I am a sex-positive therapist and an LGBTQIA+ ally.
